Graham studied at the Scott Sutherland School of Architecture, Aberdeen and practiced for six years in the UK before moving to Ireland in 1999. Prior to founding PAC Studio, Graham was Project Director with Bucholz McEvoy Architects. Graham is a member of the RIAI, as well as the RIBA and ARB in the UK. He currently lectures on Environmental Design at the School of Architecture, University of Limerick.
Graham's experience over a wide range of projects is particularly focused on the integration of environmental considerations within the design process, from energy, construction or material technologies, to opportunistic design considerations of microclimate, landscape, use, and movement.
