This project comprising of 4 terraced dwellings had already achieved Planning Permission prior to our appointment. The Client sought our services for Project Management, Health + Safety Supervision and Interior Design, working through the detailed design development and coordination with the wider design team through to the construction phase and handover. Our coordination of the prefabricated precast concrete structure and steel frame, as well as the remodelling of the internal spaces, related to both the fast-track construction programme and the required low-energy strategy for the dwellings.
